SUBSTITUTE TEACHING INFORMATION

Please apply online. Click on Application. Be as thorough as you can in completing the application. Minimum Requirements are:

  • High School diploma or college degree-Official high school or college transcripts will be accepted

  • Teaching or Substitute Teaching license (to apply for an Indiana Substitute Teaching license please click here)

  • Expanded Criminal Background check. This can be done online by clicking Criminal Background check. 

CRIMINAL HISTORY CHECK

As of July 1, 2009 all persons who are hired to work in any positions for Indiana School Districts must have an expanded criminal history check.To complete the required criminal history check that will only be viewed by River Forest Community Schools
