River Forest Middle School Student Council is busy preparing for its annual Linda’s Angel Tree Program which provides under-resourced families with Christmas gifts for their children. These gifts are donated by generous members of our school staff and community. If you would like your child/children to be enrolled in this program, please fill out the application form below and return it no later than November 15, 2024.
This is only for children 18 and younger, and you must have a child enrolled in a River Forest Community School to be eligible. Please refrain from asking for expensive tech gifts and gift cards. Your gifts will be distributed at River Forest Middle School on December 17th from 3-4, in the mutli-purpose room near the front entrance of the middle school. You will receive a phone call notifying you if you have been selected
Completion of this application form does not guarantee participation in the program. If you have more than one child, you will need to fill this out for each.
